Terms and Conditions

Booking must be made by contacting the technician directly, via text, WhatsApp, Messenger or email in advance. Appointment is only secured upon the technician’s confirmation and the receipt of a £10.00 non-refundable & non-transferable booking fee. This will be deducted off the cost of your nail service upon completion/final appointment.

If less than 48hours notice of cancellation is given then a 50% charge of the booked service will be applied. If less than 24 hours is given or you are not home for a scheduled appointment a 100% charge of the booked service will be required. The technician’s discretion can be given for extreme circumstances – we all get last moment illnesses which can’t be foreseen. The fees incurred (either 50% or 100% of the service depending upon cancellation period) will need paying BEFORE any further appointments can be scheduled.

The more notice you can give the better, as it allows other clients to be offered the time slot. Ultimately it protects the business, as loss of any appointment also means a loss of income, which has a massive impact. If you book a concert for example and you couldn’t go at the last moment, you would still have been required to have paid in full for the ticket with no refund given.

The technician reserves the right to cease providing any further appointments for consistent cancellations/reschedules/no-shows, or to ask for the full cost of the service to be paid 24hours in advance of the appointment for reassurance.

Due to time availability within the technician’s diary and Nail Revolution not willing to compromise on quality of service, if a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the client will forfeit the appointment and the associated booking fee.

Should the client wish to book another appointment, another booking and booking fee will need to be made.

If you are 5 minutes or more late for the appointment it will mean you only being able to have a plain design due to time restrictions.

A picture of your nails (free of any nail enhancements) must be sent 5 working days prior to your very first appointment, so that the technician can be certain your nails are in a fit condition for a service to be carried out. (With the exception of a last minute appointment being taken up by yourselves, in which case the picture must be sent at least 2 hours prior to the appointment to ensure it is correct for the technician to travel to you.)

When a service is completed, it is the optimal time to rebook a further appointment to suit your nail growth period, this also guarantees technician availability. Nails services should be carried out every 2-3 weeks depending upon the speed of growth.

For builder gel there is a set level of growth that is acceptable for it to be an infill, after this it will be required to remove and reapply. This is for your own safety, as the apex of the nail (which provides the strength) cannot grown too far away from the cuticle area before it becomes too difficult to reshape safely.

Technician will NOT infill builder over anyone else’s work, it will require full removal and starting a fresh service.

The maximum number of infills that will be completed is 4 (unless a clear base is used and filed back to), again for you own safety to check on the health of the natural nail underneath products. If there is lifting noted upon preparation for an infill it will be advised that a removal and reapplication will be more appropriate.

Nail fixes due to any application discrepancies for up to 48 hours after an appointment will be free of charge, anything more than 48 hours afterwards will be a minimum charge of £10.00 (to cover travel).

If more than one nail is required to be fixed, a charge of £5.00 per nail will be due. Please refer to the after-care page for more information on how to keep your nail service in optimum condition.

Any fixes due to user error or trauma are chargeable, again please refer to the after-care page for advice on maintaining the longevity of your nail service.

All clients are required to fill out a client consultation card at the appointment before any nail service will be completed, this will include some personal information. This is to allow the technician to provide the best service and advice for you nails, as well as any emergency information, and to allow a record of services/infills etc. All of this information is to allow service to be adapted to you individually and to keep you as safe as possible, whilst also complying with insurance terms. Any data kept will be done so in accordance to GDPR.

Appointments within a 5 mile radius of Haslington, Cheshire are included within the service charge. Any distance between 5 and 10 mile radius of Haslington, Cheshire will incur a charge of an extra £2.00 per service. Any distances further than this maybe negotiable (e.g. for a special occasion) but will need to be discussed fully prior to any appointments made, please contact us.

No one under the age of 16 years can receive a nail service by Nail Revolution.

If there are any cancellations due to Technician illness then we will try to give as much notice as possible and will do our best to offer a mutually agreeable alternate appointment, this will of course carry forward your booking fee.

Gift card Purchase & Redeeming

When purchasing a gift card from my website, the transaction is secured using my online payment system provided by SumUp. When making a purchase, please enter the amount you wish to load onto the gift card and complete the purchase.

You can choose to send the gift card to yourself, or send it directly to your loved one’s email address.

It is important to understand that you are giving your loved one credit towards a treatment they may like. You are not buying a specific treatment. When they receive the gift card from you, they will be able to exchange the value of the gift card towards any treatment they may like from my price list.

If the treatment they choose costs more than the value on the gift card, your loved one will need to pay the difference between the cost of their chosen treatment and the value of your gift card.

If their treatment costs less, they can use the balance remaining on their gift card towards a future treatment.

Before purchasing a gift card, please be sure that your loved one lives within my operating area which is 10 mile radius of Haslington, Cheshire. Unfortunately, I will not be able to honour gift card purchases for loved ones who live outside of this area due to the time and cost of travel.

If you are ready to buy a gift card, please follow the buy a gift card link to complete your purchase. When purchasing, please enter the amount you wish to load onto your card and whether you want to email it directly to your loved one or not.

Once purchased, your gift card will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balances on the gift card after the date of expiry will be lost.

When redeeming your gift card, please choose a treatment from my price list and contact me with your gift card number to make a booking. Any monies remaining on the gift card after your treatment may be used by you in future treatments. Unfortunately, I do not provide gift card balance refunds to cash or bank transfer.
